MuralSuperstore will beat any competitors advertised price by 5% as long as the following criteria are met. The item must be the identical product, including manufacturers pattern #, color, and packaging. The price you wish us to beat must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current. MuralSuperstore. will only beat prices with other authorized vendors (auction sites are not eligible). The competitor's shipping and handling charges and sales tax must be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price. "Gift-with-purchase" offers cannot be considered in the price match calculation. Price adjustments are limited to one price match per item within the 30 day period. Competitors coupons or promotions for first time or one time use will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee. MuralSuperstore cannot price match any competitor who is not in compliance with the manufacturer's pricing policy. Request for price matching must be made at the time of purchase. MuralSuperstore reserves the right to refuse to sell any item below it's cost.

User Agreement

     In using the MuralSuperstore shopping service, you (The User) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. MuralSuperstore reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The User is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions each time he or she uses the shopping service(s) of MuralSuperstore. All products/services and information displayed on MuralSuperstore Shopping constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchases constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. MuralSuperstore reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. The agreement between you and the MuralSuperstore shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-
 

1. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the Shopping services of MuralSuperstore User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

4. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

5. MuralSuperstore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price on its Website. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and whether the payment has been sent. In the event that the payment has been processed MuralSuperstore shall immediately issue a credit to your and notify you by email of the same.

6. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by MuralSuperstore for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order. All port and/or duty fees will be the responsibility of the User.

7. Any request for cancellations of orders placed shall be accepted without penalty so long as the cancellation is made by telephone to the customer service dept. prior to said item being shipped. Cancellations requested after said item has shipped will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Refusal to accept delivery of an item will incur a 30% restocking fee. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. Special order items (Portable murals, Skybox Sports Scenes) are non refundable and non-returnable. Payments for backordered items are made up front as part of the original order. If you choose to remove the backordered item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment. All port, duty and/or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the user. If an item is sold as "free shipping" and the item is returned, an amount equal to the standard shipping (as determined by the website shopping cart) will be deducted from the return credit amount. MuralSuperstore reserves the right to exclude Canada, AK or HI from promotional Items advertised as "free shipping".

8. MuralSuperstore shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of MuralSuperstore. Claims of merchandise damaged during shipping will be handled quickly. All damaged items will be replaced with the same item, if available. No replacement will be given until the following terms have been met;
a) the shipping service has completed their investigation and,
b) the merchandise has been returned to us.

9. MuralSuperstore reserves the right to add, delete or modify content, information and other services of MuralSuperstore Shopping in any way whatsoever and at any time. MuralSuperstore reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate this Service.

10. Links provided on MuralSuperstore to sites outside MuralSuperstore are not under our control and MuralSuperstore does not assume any responsibility or liability for the content available at such liked Websites. Unless indicated otherwise, MuralSuperstore does not intend any links to be referrals or endorsements of the linked entities and the links are provided for convenience.

11. The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. MuralSuperstore reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), MuralSuperstore has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services of MuralSuperstore website.

12. MuralSuperstore will not be responsible for any damage suffered by subscribers from use of the services on this site. This includes lost revenue or loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or subscriber’s errors or omissions. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused or any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

13. Handling of Disputes: Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties, all transactions are deemed to have originated in the State of Ohio, city of Westlake and county of Cuyahoga U.S.A.

13.Customer agrees to the following, herein known as the "Return Policy".
All murals are shipped in protective packaging to protect them from damage. Murals are closely inspected for defects at the manufacturing facility and carefully packaged in a rugged tube for shipping. Orders are triple checked by our entire warehouse staff for accuracy. Please inspect package before opening. If package is damaged, do not open, call customer service immediately. Open the shipping box and inspect the items inside. Check to be sure that all items ordered are in the package. No claims of missing, defective or damaged items will be accepted after 7 days from delivery, with no exceptions. In the case of a claim with the carrier for a missing package, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as UPS has finished their investigation. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced as soon as UPS has completed their investigation and the damaged item(s) has been returned to us. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item when available. Claims of missing or damaged items must be made by calling our toll free customer support line @ 800-628-7134. Unless your order is complete and undamaged, DO NOT DISCARD any of the packaging. No claims of missing or damaged items will be accepted without the original packaging. Check to be sure that the image and item # on the product package matches the item ordered. If you receive the wrong item, do not open the package, call customer service immediately and we will ship a replacement. Before installing, inspect your mural once more for damage or color/size irregularities. If instructions were not with your mural please call customer service and we will provide them to you. Sunshine Wallcovering is not responsible for the cost of installation or un-installation. Returns will not be accepted once paste has been applied. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Returns will only be accepted when returned in original condition and unopened. Buyer pays return shipping charges except in the case of defective merchandise. If an item is sold as "free shipping" and the item is returned, an amount equal to the standard shipping (as determined by the website shopping cart) will be deducted from the return credit amount. Sunshine Wallcovering reserves the right to exclude Canada, AK or HI from promotional Items advertised as "free shipping" and may impose a $10.00 surcharge depending on the delivery address. Special order items (Portable murals, Skybox Sports Scenes) are non refundable and non-returnable. No returns will be accepted without obtaining a return authorization from customer service. Returns must be shipped via United Parcel Service only to our warehouse. To obtain a return authorization and the return address, please call customer service @800-628-7134. Please do not ship packages to our P.O. Box as they will be returned to you unclaimed. Refused deliveries will be charged a 25% restocking fee to cover handling and bank processing fees. If returned for any reason other than defective product, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling and bank processing fees. You may cancel your order any time prior to shipping without penalty.
